1) General disclaimer (read first)
Noktapriv provides privacy-focused devices and services designed to improve security and reduce exposure of personal data. By purchasing, using, or accessing any Noktapriv product, software, website, or service (“Services”), you confirm you understand and agree to these terms.

This document is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

2) Lawful use only
Noktapriv does not condone, support, or facilitate illegal activity. You agree to use our Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

If we reasonably suspect misuse or unlawful activity, we may suspend service, restrict access, or cancel support.

3) Personal responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use your device, your accounts, and any communications made through third-party platforms. Noktapriv is not responsible for unlawful use, misuse, or any outcomes arising from your actions.

4) Local law compliance (important)
Some countries and regions restrict the use of privacy, encryption, or certain mobile/device features. It is your responsibility to confirm what is legal in your location and intended destination(s) before using any Noktapriv device or service.

5) Operational boundaries (third-party platforms)
Noktapriv does not control external platforms and infrastructure. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Messaging services (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, etc.): bans, logouts, outages, rate limits, restore behaviour, and account verification are controlled by the platform provider.

  • Networks and carriers: coverage, roaming policies, censorship, and carrier restrictions may affect performance.

  • Apple/Google services: availability and behaviour of Apple ID / iCloud / App Store and similar services are controlled by Apple/Google and may be restricted on managed devices.

6) Security & device integrity
Noktapriv devices may be supervised/managed for security purposes. You agree not to:

  • remove, disable, or bypass management profiles or security controls

  • jailbreak, root, or alter the operating system

  • install unauthorized profiles, certificates, or software

  • interfere with device integrity or monitoring features

Violation may result in service suspension or device restriction.

7) Privacy statement
Noktapriv does not read message content or call content. Management actions are limited to device security functions such as applying approved configurations, installing approved apps/profiles, and protective actions (e.g., lock, Lost Mode, wipe) when required for security, loss/theft response, or policy enforcement.

8) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:

  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, networks, or accounts

  • distribute malware, spyware, viruses, or malicious code

  • scrape, harvest, or misuse user data

  • circumvent security measures or restrictions

  • impersonate Noktapriv or misrepresent affiliation

  • engage in harassment, threats, abuse, or illegal content distribution

9) Accounts, credentials, and recovery
You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords, PINs, recovery codes, and 2FA methods. If you lose access to your own accounts, restoration may be impossible depending on the third-party platform’s policies. Noktapriv is not liable for loss of access resulting from lost credentials.

10) Updates and service changes
We may update device configurations, supported apps, and service policies from time to time to maintain security and reliability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

11) Payments, cancellations, refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Digital services (including eSIMs and activated services) are non-refundable once delivered/activated.

  • Physical devices may be eligible for replacement/refund only if faulty on arrival and verified by our process.

  • Devices showing signs of tampering, modification, or unauthorised changes are not eligible for refund.

If you have an issue, contact us and we will review it fairly.

12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noktapriv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, service interruption, or third-party platform actions. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

13) Intellectual property
All Noktapriv branding, designs, site content, and materials are owned by Noktapriv or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
